Q: What areas do you cover?

We are local for the Bexley and Bromley area, but can can cover pick ups from anywhere by request.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

Our prices are worked out relevant to the size of car you require.

Q: How much luggage can I take?

The luggage capacity is defined by the size of vehicle you choose.

Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
You will immediately receive a booking confirmation email.
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?
At the airport your driver will send you notification shortly after landing and meet you at the appropriate pick up area.
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
Bookings can be cancelled at anytime providing the driver has not been dispatched. A full refund will be issued normally on the same day.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights using Flightaware. Your driver will be dispatched at the correct time to meet you so you dont get charged.
Q: What if I miss my flight?

Please contact us immediately if you miss your flight as charges could be incurred.

Q: How early do I need to book?
